OK, so I have a 200 and a 300 CD changer networked through my house with individual controls in each room and repeaters in the walls and ceilings so I can use remotes in every room, a couple fo computers full of mp3s, an iPod and satellite radios in the house and the cars. Now, I come across this site:Pandora. My head's spinning with music choices. Now it's harder for me to choose which source than it is what do I wanna listen to. LMAO!

This is very cool, thanks for the link.

I know the feeling, I have more music than I possibly know what to do with...

Very Cool Matt!!

I've recently dedicated a computer to my music library and connected it to main home audio unit. I'm currently sitting on about 45 gigs of music using iTunes for management. Besides my wife working in radio, we have a few friends in the biz as well so when we have parties the computer is the center of attention as everyone wants to be the Program Director for Radio NCCL.

Thanks again for the link

That link / site rocks. One of the things I miss most about the death of Napster was the ability to listen to new music without buying it....this may just fill that void pretty well....

Thanks - !! - B.B.S.

I've been considering this. I only wish there was a way to upload all my CDs via the disc changers instead of having to load and unload each one. I do have most of the stuff I listen to a lot already uploaded to either the pcs or the iPod, but it would still be nice to have all the discs on a hard drive somewhere. I am thinking about getting a touchscreen linked to the pc and installing it in the wall somewhere, so I can program without having to go to the basement where all my equipment is located.

I know what you mean about the guset "dj's". LOL! I've always got people trying to figure out how to use the remotes.

I tend to listen to some rather obscure music that is not on Pandora. :(
Oh well, there is enough here to keep me busy for a while.

It took quite a while to rip all of those CD's but now maintenance is easy when we get a stack at a time. Ahhhh ..... the touchscreen idea is one I've been toying with as well. It would be nice if our guests could do their programing where the party is and not at the computer. I was thinking about a tablet PC using software to link to the main computers desktop to control iTunes.

Also, I've included the Cuban cigar pronunciation's in my library so every now and then we get a brief tag of "Cohiba" mixed in

Mostly celtic stuff and Canadian groups:
Dervish, Gaelic Storm, The Fables, Fine Crowd, Steeleye Span, etc...
I listen to a very wide range of music, from big band to punk and almost everything in between.
