I have to put togethere a DVD for my wifes parents 25th wedding anniversary. I'm basically taking a bunch of old pictures and making a slide show and setting it to music. In my mind, I have a good idea the 'type' of music that I want, but don't know of the names of anything.

Maybe something set to piano, I don't know how to explain it...something appropriate to a video of that nature.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Rat Pack is always a good choice....you could alwyas go with Neal Diamond too....Tony Bennett, Luter Vandross, Stevie Wonder i mean im sure theres more but thats all i could come up with.

This is by far the best suggestion so far. I've used it for similar endevors.

PM Cletus Hillbilly, he DJs on the weekends. He could probably come up with some good suggestions.

Last night I heard a real nice Thelonius Monk tune "Ruby, My Dear".
It's a real pretty instrumental (not sickley sweet). Just a cool, repeating, ascending piano figure that might accompany a video of photos nicely.
