The short story is one of my favorites! It was the cigar that got me into cigars many years ago. I really like the signature and masterpiece sizes now due to having the time to smoke them. I'd agree about the maduro versions. They are addictive and will drive you crazy 'cause they ain't easy to find. All in all, I love the hemi's and try to keep some around always.

I'm now an hour into it, and still have about a 1/3 to go

How do you get a Short Story to last an hour? I'm normally burning my fingers after about 40 minutes. Perhaps I just smoke to fast?

I got it to last over an hour only because I was reading a highly complicated research article and was more interested in understanding the material than my smoke (imagine that). I try to not let that happen too often! :laugh:
