My hygrometer is at 60, is this ok?

For some reason, my hygrometer always gives a reading of "60." Is this ok? If not, how can I remedy this?

Just in case there's any confusion:

Salt test your hygro.

If you don't already have beads, get them.

And I hope you seasoned your humi BEFORE you put cigars in it.
