My setup

no they aren't... but i have seen them run high 13's stock. My z-28 ran 13.3's stock and i was beating them by a second or less.

So what does that neon run?

high 13s stock. Not saying it will destroy a stang, but it will be a driver's race with the neon having a slight advantage. I have raced 2 this fall, one from a dig and one from a roll. Beat them both. Not saying they were great drivers, but neither was I. This is my first 5spd car.

I'll see if I can dig up some stock timeslips...

From car and driver:
Zero to 60 mph: 5.3 sec
Zero to 100 mph: .13.4 sec
Zero to 130 mph: .24.8 sec
Standing 1/4-mile: 13.9 sec @ 103 mph

That lil car is quicker then I figured. All this talk about racing and quick cars is making me miss mine. :angry:
 
It's stock for now, but that will be changing soon. Going to be putting a lot of new upgrades on it this summer. :)
 
Well you definitely have a nice setup as far as smoke goes. I'm amazed at the progression of your addiction!!

I'm sure the Neon is fast enought to get to the B & M in case the coolidor runs low!!
