I was going to ask the same thing! Those were great. Not that I go to Jiffy Lube anyway, but certainly nice to know. Wasn't Sears Auto nailed for similar practices a long time ago? Back in the 80's or early 90's?

But...back to the vid at hand...absolutely classic. The mech waiving his arms frantically is priceless.
