Looks like they took about $5 off CigarPage's regular prices.. across each vitola.. of the Antillas anyway. Which is decent if you're in the market for them. They're best in robusto.. imo.

No. It's almost always "msrp".. that's the Gurkha game and playbook you're seeing. That said, it's still probably the cheapest price for those amongst the big retailers at this moment.

I doubt CigarKing has actually ever sold those at 40% higher normally. You need to check if all these claimed percentages off are from their regular price.. or the msrp, which are laughable.
