Seriously?
Not sure this is worthy of a thread but it could be useful for general or travel info, photography, hiking, etc. of any of the national parks around the world. @whopper Bill and I were talking on a vherf about the St. Louis Arch recently and this explanation of how the Arch was built and how transfer people to the top popped up on my FB feed.

Crater Lake is jaw dropping. We done a huge western road trip loop starting in Denver, north into WY (Yellowstone) then across ID and then OR out to the coast and down then across NV (Reno/Tahoe) into SLC then back into Denver via 70.

You used to be able to get a year pass to all the parks at REI. It makes sense if you visit like 3 or more I think.

Pictures and video….are right in my wheelhouse.

When in Arizona, the Grand Canyon is the most obvious choice. Standing at the rim for the first time took my breath away and brought tears to my eyes ... powerful stuff.
