Need help quick for the quadstate herf.

I was supposed to sent the ashtray I made to someone on Cigar Live for the Quad State Herf.......No more cigar live so I don't have access to the addy. Can anyone get me in touch with someone in charge of the Herf? I need to ship this ashtray asap. Thanks.
