Need help with posting pictures

I'm trying to put a picture in my signature and I keep getting an error message that reads: "Sorry, dynamic pages in the

The image has to be at a static address like from a picture hosting site or the personal webspace that most ISPs provide to their members to put it simply.

and they are even kind enough to link the text you need for you so all you do is copy and paste the url to your post.
