I have comcast and use microsoft outlook for email. At some point yesterday comcast started treating all PM's from CP as spam. What do I do to correct this? and the correction needs to be made on the comcast side.

I don't think that will work nothing under rules seems to apply. I need to reset the spam filter on comcast I think. Interesting thing is that I changed my settings yesterday to get Topic Description Notifications and that came through just now when you answered - can someone PM me? Just a general PM I want to see if that will make it through

Thanks.

Edit - to clarify

Tell Comcast to white list *@cigarpass.com. That will resolve this issue.

Does this require a phone call to Time Warner? If so, it's not worth the 3 hours of hell I would go through just to talk to someone.

In this day and age, it's so bloody easy to get your own domain with its own mailserver that you only need Cox, Commcast, TW, or whoever to actually connect to the internet. Also, I suggest Thunderbird over Outlook. ;)

Yeah but this doesn't work for people who use the calendar feature of Outlook for appointment scheduling.
