What the #1 cigar forum member™ said...save your money for good cigars. And as far as the cooler goes, you'll need it if you plan on sticking around the WORLD'S #1 cigar community, trust me. We're not #1 for nothing!

If you want to save money on the cooler for now get a bigger ziplock bag and put the box inside the bag. I ran 2-3 of those crappy small humidors that way for 2-3 years before finally going the cooler route. It works well and it's dirt cheap. If you can't find a large ziplock pm me your address and I will send you a couple.
