Just talked to the guy, according to him its about 1.5 years old.He says its never been opened,but believes the cigars are sealed in glass tubes.If sealed in tubes they should still be ok , no?

I have no way of knowing this. They might be okay in the tubes, they might not.

I had a good friend purchase this as a wedding gift for me. I don't remember who the food processor was from, but this I remember. I smoked one that night while lit up and having a good time. I was also at a point in my smoking experience where had just progressed from Macanudo to CAO, (other than the few Opus and Case Fuentes I stumbled across when I happened to walk into the namesakes grand opening). I don't know if I would have even appreciated it sans libations. The other gently sleeps.

For $60, I would take a chance. See if you can talk him lower.
