I am in the works of a negotiating the purchase of a Vinatge Macallan collection and am having problems finding accurate values for these bottles since many are hard to come by. I have found several of them listed on a few Euro sites like http://www.thewhiskyvault.com but when I do find them they do seem to be overpriced. If anyone has any input on the value of any of the following bottles please chime in. I believe they are all 18s.. Thanks!

Macallan 1951, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962

A good rule of thumb that has worked for me is that you can take 40% off any shop price to get near the actual value of the bottle in a private sale. Obviously there are exceptions but in general this works.
