Need to season humidor again?

The humidity in my desktop humidor has dropped from 69-70 to about 63 over the past few days.  I have thrown in new Boveda packs, which is the humidity device I always use, and I now have three in there and the humidity has not bumped up.  My coolidor right below it is right at 69 and has not moved at all.
 
So has anyone ever had to re-season their humidor?
