LOL, as I think we've talked about Hudson, the leather in these older Jags is usually trashed since very few people out there take proper care of leather which requires giving it a "hide food" treatment once or twice a year.

Someone must have paid attention to the leather on this car because the seats are almost perfect. The only imperfection is worn piping on the driver's seat where you rub up against it getting in and out of the car.

This was one of the "upsides" of this car, the fact that the leather was darn near perfect!!

I work on a lot of just purchased cars that are still in warrantee and about once a week I interrupt a service writer saying, "This customer has a brand new car with a tear on the---)
I say to them that EVERYBODY drives a used car. The sooner they get over the idea the better!
