New Glasses

I got them here. Linky This was my first experience with lead free crystal. It looks the same, feels the same, but doesn't ring as true and you can't make the glass sing. Small price to pay, I suppose

I also have the Riedel. It's not bad, but I prefer the JWT.

Yep, especially with kids running around here. Maybe I should start using glass ones again. My son likes to pick up these cups thinking it's a regular drink :laugh:

That was how my two learned to leave Daddy's drinks alone :whistling:

I have a favorite type of glass but have no idea what it is called. It has a heavy bottom, is round, and the sides go straight up without any taper or widening. A "parejo" by design. I'm consuming some Macallan 12 out of one right now and loving it. These are a wedding present and I'm in the middle of a divorce and while most of my stuff is getting thrown out these are staying with me.
