A friend of mine has caused an issue while trying to register. I looked for the moderating team link I found out about while reading the help section, but it may be outdated. In any event, a friend of mine registered as rpchandler. Later he wanted to change his name, but instead of doing so directly, he created a new account, C-Note. I guess since he has two accounts on the same IP he was blocked as a potential scammer or something. Can someone please delete his account, "rpchandler" and keep the account, "C-Note?" He said he sent an email about this matter but has not been contacted for weeks.
