I really want to dedicate myself and commit to getting my Certificate of Completion from the Canadian Board of Examiners for Professional Surveyors to get further in my career. Only 3 exams left to pass... I'm going to attempt 2 in March and hopefully take an online course for credit for the third.

Atta boy! She can put the seat down just as easily as you need to put it up. Then again, if she complains the seat is up..... just don't lift it. See if she prefers a seat that's up... or wet. :laugh:
