Newbie Beer Review Sam Adams Honey Porter

I am actually doing this one the next afternoon but wanted to post some quick notes about this beer I enjoyed last night. The SA Honey Porter had a deep rich color and an unmistakable aroma of honey. Unlike the JW Dundee Honey Brown that I have had a lot of, this beer seemed a lot more balanced. The slight bitterness balances out the sweetness of the honey taste in the beer better than the Dundee version. After taste doesn't linger and finishes clean and slightly sweet. Very enjoyable, everyday beer.

Ahh this is one of my favorite Sam Adams, Right behind Oktoberfest and Scotch Ale.
