Umm.. I would say 500 posts or less.
... This is a good size bomb allowing newbs' to try different smokes, but not premium sticks.

I would not consider a 500 poster a newbie (IMHO) I think you need to pick someone under 100 posts.
Actualy the board reclass' you @ 50 posts from newbie to member.
