Newbie has a 2 questions

OK guys here are my 2 questions.

1. I finished doing the salt test on my Hygrometer and after about 28 hours it hit 75% so does that mean that its accurate?

2. because when i put the Hygrometer in my humidor it dropped to 63% is it really 63% or do i have to add 5%?

I salt tested my digi. and in just a few hours it picked up 74%, so I let it sit over night, and woke up the next morning with the 74% reading.
