Oops, sorry if I posted this in the wrong area. I just figured it would be part of the Cigar Discussion since the lobby states that it's a "General discussion about anything other than cigars. "

I agree with Opus MeX....good for Arnold. I told my wife the story and she was like, "Jesus, just leave the poor guy alone. Let him smoke whatever cigar he wants."

I think its great. He has plenty of money and because of that he shows how he really feels about things without some hidden agenda, IMO. It shows how ridiculous he thinks the cuban embargo is. Bet it would be different if cuba had significant oil. :whistling:

Uh, the article doesn't give any indication at all regarding the Governor's thoughts on the Cuban embargo.

The embargo is indeed good public policy but since this topic is indeed bordering on "political," it's best not to discuss it.

I agree that the embargo is stupid AND the pols hypocrites for smoking them and remaining silent; BUT, I don't look for ward to a long(infinite?) and painful adjustment period if and when it's lifted.

Of course, the hypocrisy is almost accepted as SNAFU
