Who makes the nicest looking new pipe, if cost, was not a factor.

Does not have to be the nicest smoking pipe.
 
I saw a Dunhill Amber root group 5, Bent. that was beautiful!!
It had a silver Military mount style.

Cost was not low....but it was nice to look at.
 
That's a tough call because most artisans have there own style and you probably have very unique tastes. Also depends whether you fancy a smooth pipe, a blast, or a rustic and your preference for shapes and weight is also very important

If money was no object, I'd buy a Lars or Nanna Ivarsson, a Cavicchi Diamonte, a Roush, or maybe a very high grade Joura... but there are also tens of other pipes I think are esthetically beautiful. If you like blasted pipes check out JT Cooke, although he has a 3 year waiting list.
