Noche Buena - "The Good Night" is today

Well a Merry Almost Christmas to all. Tonight is a big night here in Miami. For tonight the Cubans, actually all the Hispanics, celebrate Noche Buena. This is our big feast day. For Christmas Eve we pull out all the stops. Later on there we will be roasting a Lechon. Good ol' Pig Roast ladies and gentlemen. A staple at noche buena. Nothing like some lechon with mojito (garlicky marinade) let me tell ya.

So to everyone at CP, whether you're celebrating, Christmas, Chanukkah, Kwanzaa, Festivus or whatever it is, may you and yours have a great and safe one.
