Let me know what you think please.
But be nice cause I really am working hard o the site.

The site looks good and is easy to navigate. I noticed when browsing that PAM64 Exclusivo pic is the same pic displayed for the Torpedo. Maybe need to change that Torpedo pic, but its looking good.

Just a personal preference but when I got to a site, I find it annoying to have to click on another link in order to get into the full site. Why not just go directly there with the link provided? I don't see any reason why to make additional steps to get into the site that should take you right there with one click.

Therefore, my advice (for what it's worth) is to get rid of the "enter the store" and just take the visitor directly there with the link that you provided above.

Very nice. I like how you actually have the right cigars pictured and not some generic one for an entire brand. X3 on ridding the intro page. I also hate to go through pages so maybe a 'show all on one page' would be nice, but that's just me. :) Good luck on the site.

Tony,

I had a hard time navigating the site. After clicking through to the homepage, and clicking Camacho, none of the links to the left under "Categories" works. The response, "We apologize but your request rendered no results" seems like there is nothing to sell. Going back to the homepage every time I wanted to see different selections is tiresome.

I also can't find these cigars that are posted on the bottom of the page, "Don Pepin Garcia, C.A.O., Ashton VSG, Ashton ESG, La Flor Dominicana, Arturo Fuente, Rocky Patel, CAO" Why list that these are "specialized in" if they are not for sale, and why list CAO twice?

The premium for shipping does not help, nor does the 8-ball inference in the logo. Unless its malt liquor, a dirty pool hall or a coke dealer, I want nothing to do with an 8 ball.

As the website is now, I would not buy. I just don't trust it. Tell EIS to get their act together. It seems you have a good selection and reasonable prices. To gain internet trust the site must be real-time accurate, efficient, easy to navigate and error free.

I wish you luck. Keep us updated on the updates. :)

Recently did my first couple of transactions with Tony and everything went very smoothly. Nice guy and great to deal with..... hooked me up! Thanks a mil again Tony. The sight looks well put together. Some tweaks here and there based on other member's suggestions and you'll have a very nice setup. Thanks again man.

edit to add: one down(and lookin' verrry nice) and one to go... just wanted to let you know.

Maybe its me, but I am having a difficult time navigating through the site. Your links on the side do not seem to work. Maybe it is just my internet. Best of luck though.

The site looks good, but the ten dollar shipping doesn't. Is there a reason for this?

That is not an unreasonable charge any longer. I had 3 packages go out today a 4+ lb to Colorado $12.84, a 2lb to Washington that was $11.10, both USPS. The third was a 7 pound Cao ashtray sent UPS and the charge was $16.80 to Connecticut. That does not include the cost of boxes, tape and shipping labels. These prices can be verified by getting on the USPS site. Small business doesn't get the huge discounts some of the online giants get. So $10 doesn't seem out of line from my side.
I just didn't want the guys at Mack's to get a bad rap, they're good people. I can say as a matter of fact he is not adding a premium based on my experience.
