I doubt it as nukes are strictly an officer decission! This went straight to the President and the SECDEF once it was found out and like they say it rolls down hill, Wing Commander and Group Commander are both 0-6(Col) Captains in the Navy. Now that is big time career ending move, plus a referral OPR(Officer Performance Report) that stays on your record.
