The brain was in there. Italians eat all kinds of weird stuff...the cheek meat was devoured Clint. My sister-in-law's side of the family is Puerto Rican and it was done in their style. The food was incredible...in addition to the pig they made rice & beans...empanadas...chicaron...tostones...plus tons of stuff I never had before. But we always have the Italian appetizers to kick it off!!
