IIRC, Bobalu is a Texas company that rolls their own product line and specializes in custom-banded cigars for companies and events. They also provide live cigar rolling services for parties.

I'm thinking probably not officially licensed, lol. Aren't the REAL Presidential cigars made by Davidoff?
