I have never heard of this before. Is it new or just made at certain times of the year?

I have one in one of my humis somewhere that I aquired about a year ago in a pass held over at cigardivan.com hosted by Samuel Clemmons. I think it's about time I smoke that thing and see if I want to find some more of em'.....

If I do like it, I might be looking to do a box split with a few guys if interested. :thumbs:

Correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding was that the IBTL was actually the 3 color beauty about the size of the Signature ???

Yes LB, they are always stripped, there are Blond caps, Maduro caps and there are some that are wrapped in the opposite direction. Don't ask me which is rarer, but I had one with a Maddy cap and smoked it 4th of July 2002 and it was wonderfull

SS aren't striped. That's a BTL. the SS is the 2nd from the right in that picture I think. Note also that the WOA has a pointy cap and the SS is rounded.
