I realize this isn't a rib review, but I just now had my first piece of Ericks meat, and it's the best I've ever had

Teriyaki Jerky, my goodness, well done Erick...well done.

I'm hooked and I'm sure this measly 1/2lb won't even last the rest of the night.

thanks wyatt. The rest of that order is on its way. I'm pretty sure whoever I sent Jerky to in canada the same day got a nice extra suprise :laugh:

We had the ribs on Sunday for fathers day. The ribs were terrific. We ordered 2 racks, and it fed 3 adults and 3 children. All eaters gave the ribs 2 thumbs up. Now they can't wait for the BBQ herf. How do you think the 6 yr old will look with a rib in one hand and a shark in the other? :laugh:
