I'm sure there are some in that city, but are you aware of Canadian pricing? If not, don't plan on buying many.

I would strongly suggest you visit the Ottawa Cigar Emporium in the Byward Market. It is located near the corner of Clarence & Dalhousie Street (110-B Clarence St.). The manager (Ray Ayoub), is a personal friend of mine and it is the only B&M that I frequent. It has the best selection in Eastern Ontario, quality is impeccable and the service is friendly and knowledgeable.
They carry every ISOM brand (save Punch, which is not available in Canada), including the new EL's, as well as a good selection of Fuente, OpusX, Davidoff, Ashton, as well as other premium non-ISOM brands. Many of the cigars are also very well aged.
If you are interested in buying by the box, I would suggest you visit OCE's sister-store, Southbank News @ 1555 Bank St. This location is the "warehouse" for OCE and it's humidors are filled to the ceiling with a wide varity of ISOM and non-ISOM brands. Another great place to find some well aged smokes!
