Anybody ever have one?

Talk about full body!!!

Dang this thing is richer than.........
Its richer than Bill Gates!!!!

But the price....

Great smoke for the money

I used to smoke these as a go to stick. They then became so inconsistent I couldn't stand to buy them at any price. Every once and a while I get a good one at the B & M but I refuse to purchase them by the box.

Got a box at my wedding 3 1/2 years ago. Everytime I went to the box, they just got better and better.

The ones that I have had have been bland and like Nullsmurf said, outside only and awaaaaaaaay from any doors of the house.

I smoked one very recently and was very disappointed.

Gah don't tell me that stuff man, I just bought one.

Oh don't worry about CC he does not like anything that has not been rolled on the thighs of Cuban vigins.

As for me I like the Partagas Black. By no means the best cigar I have had but a nice cigar indeed.

I've had several Partagas Blacks in my day; I'm not sure why, because I don't like them at all. I think it's probably because a friend of mine likes them and kept encouraging me to give them another chance. However, no more chances for me on these suckers. If I want the taste of burnt tire rubber, I no where to go. Hey, but if you like them, there's nothing wrong with that. :whistling:

I usually don't smoke them but the few I had were not bad. I had one last night that I really enjoyed. I cannot speak for the consistancy problem as I have never had a box. Not a bad smoke, but reading the other posts about consistancy, it raises a flag. If you like them, smoke them. That is all that counts.

The consitency of these cigars are disappointing. However, if you like these, bid on a box of 5 Vegas A's as I find them very similar, better quality, and the price point is SIGNIFICANTLY bettern when you can win them for a good price on cigarbid.

I saw those in the cigar international catalog, I will check it out, thanks for the recomendation.

The only problem I have had with these t Partigas is when you go "beyond the band" they start to side burn a little.

x8 or whatever it's up to on the consistency. What pisses me off more than anything are sticks that have inconsistent draw. This stick and the NC Bolivar are the first to come to my mind. I've got a couple that I'm tryin to put some age on, but something tells me that might be a waste of time as well. We'll see.

this consistency y'all are speaking of.

You mean flavor? Draw?

I am halfway through the box and they have all been good. Except for the side burning at the end.
1 was a little tight but for the most part I am OK.
I have about 5 in my aging drawer. I have 20 different ones there all with the wrap off. They are all getting real shiny. They look real good right now. I plan keep them there for a good long time. Its hard though because they are starting to look sooooooooo good
