Pen Twirling

Who can twirl/flick their pens through their fingers? I must have bearclaws for hands cuz i sure as hell cannot get it down! :angry:

Cool video. My wife can do the basic "twirl" with the pen. With her wrist on the table and a pen in basic "writing position" she can twirl it back and around her hand to the same position as where it started.

I don't know how she does it as I've tried numerous times....

I can do the basic. I started attempting it a couple months ago. Now I do it all the time, and drive people around me crazy when my pen hits the table...all the time.

Once you get it down its addicting.

I'm right-handed... so I can get it to go counter-clockwise. Haven't been able to get it to go the other way yet. Don't think I can since my thumb doesn't arch like others do.

I used to do that all the time when I was in school. I never was any good at it...but it was more of a habit than anything.

i twirl mine like a drum stick. it stays between the same two fingers and pivits in the middle. its a habbit. if there's a pen in my hand, its twirling

I can twirl a pen around my thumb without the use of any other fingers (except for starting the pens trip around the thumb).

My girlfriend does this all the time, she claims it is indicitave(sp) of "debaters"
i guess most people who take debate have a lot of free time on their "hands"

to her credit shes a concert violinist too so dexterity is one of her strong suits
