Normally, this stuff is probably better reserved for a kid's magazine or something, but a coworker of mine showed me this today, and it amazed me.

If you look at this picture, and follow the pink dot around as it flashes, you will notice only the pink dots and the black in the middle. If you focus on the black cross, you notice that there is actually green at each flashing point for the pink. If you stare at the black cross long enough, the pink spots disappear.
It impresses me how the mind perceives things, and can be deceived with changes in movement and color.
