Poetic justice

AWESOME. I mean, depending on the force level, actually KILLING him might have been overboard, if intentional, but to see people defending themselves just tickles me pink.

That's terrible! Just think, if no one had any hands, this tragedy wouldn't have happened. We need to doooooo something!!! Maybe we could begin by establishing an innocent-sounding registration program. Once we have their names and addresses, then we could really start cracking down.

Like, maybe ban all the scary looking hands that are more powerful than we think the average citizen needs. Oh...and we'll confiscate their thumbs, too. Nope, mere civilians don't need high-capacity assault hands. I mean, lots of people get along fine with less than ten fingers and without thumbs, they can't strangle anyone!

Eventually, we'll move to a total hand ban...except for the police and military, of course...and self-serving politicians...and those who can prove they have a government-blessed really-really good reason to have maybe one hand. Just to make sure these private hands don't fall in to the wrong...um...wrists, applicants will have to pay large bribes fees and they'll need to know someone who knows someone, etc. In other words, you have to be one of the elite. Yeah, that'd work!

I guess that when you go out to rob a bus of US senior citizen tourists in South America you need to think twice. One might get you in a permanent sleeper hold.
