For those not game for game....try this: Stuffed Camel! (one whole lamb required)

Happy Friday!

John Madden tried to cut one of those with the side of his hand on Sunday Night Football a few years ago. One of the funniest things I've ever seen.

dude....i guess i was naive enough to think this was a national thing. hey, everyone around here cooks a "turducken" for thanksgiving and they are freakin' awesome. you yankees laugh all you want. it sure beats the hell out of clam chowder for thanksgiving. (i know you dont eat clam chowder for t-day, its just the only yankee sterotype i can come up with right now)

It's more of a raised brow/curious eye...ok - I laughed!

It sounds - odd...but, like my cigars...I'm willing to try most things, once!

Ok - we hit the southerners and yanks....shall we move on ....Josh - what do you eat
for the holidays?
:whistling:

I had that about 9 Thanksgivings ago and it was absolutely incredible! Putting that Frankenstein bird together was another story entirely. Dad and I had to hold the whole damn thing together while mom tried to suture the freak of nature shut. But, hot damn, if it wasn't the most moist and delicious bird(s) I've ever eaten.

Try it if you have the time and patience!
Darren

We do eat oyster dressing, though. Sure beats grits and that poor excuse for gravy.

Doc.
