...on your web site, several of the smokes in your list are marked "out" and I can't seem to find a way to "pre order" them.

Not that I have checked, but I think some of the pre-orders are out, but haven't been updated on the initial post's list. I'm just thinking that since some of the pre-order smokes on the initial list that already indicate they are sold out are not available on the website either.
