Yeah, not sure if this is the place to ask but I'm gonna go for it.

I'm trying to upload a picture for my profile so its not just the little cigar icon. apparently all the pictures on my computer are too big? Anyone know the best place to find pics of the right size or how to resize so that it will fit? thats what she said?
