Pruning topics in the Lobby

If all the moderators agree with Emo's points, then I think I fall into his camp. Topics about football games, current events that are no longer current should go.

Threads that deal with what constitutes good behavior on here, general ethics etc. should stay. Maybe not in the lobby, but somewhere they could be accessed by new members.

My .03 cents (inflation, ya know).
