Pure Scumbag

what a dick!....my first thought was to think of a way to make up a fake username and bid the hell out of all of them and then just stiff the bastard in the end by sending him an email about how much of an ass he really is, but i don't want to mess with ebay's non-paying bidder policy and all of that

i wonder how he can sleep at night?!

Yes it sucks, but welcome to America...
If someone thinks they can make a buck on something, they will try.

The best thing that can happen here is that no one will bid on this stuff and this guy will crawl back in the hole he came out of...

Agreed. :)

These items did not belong to him... he basically looted from the casinos to get them. I just sent Ebay an email about the legality of this. Hopefully he will be removed soon.

No word back from Ebay yet but I expect something shortly... As soon as I hear something, I will post what they send me.

I got a question about those cards.

They look like they belong to the seller.

His Ebay id is artjl1952 and the name on most of the cards is Arthur Loya. The other cards have the same woman's name.

If they do if fact belong to the seller...

Isn't it his right to sell them?

I could see being pissed if all the names were different, like he scavanged them up.

I'm just asking a question. What don't I get? Is it just in poor fashion to offer them up for sale?

I recentlly noticed this as well. The thing is, not all of them have his name on them. Some of them have blanked out names... who did these belong to? Also, the dice seem to be a little funny too if you read it.

To me, it appears that he is selling some of his own cards, plus ones he took from the sites. Regardless... it is still poor taste in my opinion.

Well Ebay said basically the same thing... that these belonged to him and he was able to sell them at his own will. Uggg... It is still wrong.
