Puts/Takes list - Need your help

When you guys run a pass, the originator puts together a puts/takes inventory sheet. What information/fields do you include?

I'm making one for CP that you can download, so please post all the fields that you believe are neccessary.

Leaving empty numbers for pass members to add thier cigars. Corresponding w/ the numbers on the baggies.

How about a spot for an "aproximate value" of the stick. It could act as a fire prevention device. :thumbs: .....or not :whistling:

We'll start with what I have. I'm very limited on fields. If I put too many, you won't be able to write anything in. I'll post what I have soon...

Yea, you want to keep the boxes big enough to write in.

Number - Cigar - Notes - Put by - Taken by.

And thats it. Keeps it all on one line for each cigar since some people can screw up if its two lines per cigar, while at the same time each box on that line is big enough to write in. Keep in mind some write much neater then others.

The notes line is good enough for dates if its an ISOM and anything else or extra room for the name if its a long one for some reason.

The value is a good idea in theory, but one value at one local shop or obscure internet store isn't going to be the same as the price for somewhere else. Theres no substitute for doing your research and showing some consideration.
