How often does someone's parade get rained on? Or to put it another way, how often does one's pursuit of an otherwise pleasurable smoking experience become a bad one that pursues him (and puts him in handcuffs)? I tried a search on the subject, and since I found no info on it, I figured it may be a taboo subject, hence the vagueness.
