Bob, the Part. Shorts are probably gong to be a bit more consistent than the SC's. But both are a great little smoke. IMO

Why have you not considered Fonseca cosacos, the recent ratings are good (90) and as i have tried them my self i found them quite pleasing,nice aroma and good construction. By the way they are a bargain for a petit at 80&#36 U.S.

I agree dewolf, the Cosacos have been great, inexpensive smokes as of late. I've only had one or two but they were great for the price.
