Well if I’m reading the description of the color correctly it’s a cutter that’s inlay is Black Gold which would make sense because I haven’t really seen anything cheap come from S.T Dupont. Almost all there stuff I would classify along the lines of jewelry prices. I wouldn’t pay for it myself but if that’s the case at least that explains the price tag. More on colored Gold Jewelry:

Okay, so I checked the Playboy for you and the Fuente Fuente Opus X lighter by Dupont is over $3500!!! LOL! I would much rather by a cabinet humidor for $1400 and spend the rest stocking it half full of premium cigars!! Besides lighting something on fire, what the hell else can you do with a $3500 lighter?? Its the premier lighter for the sole purpose of being a jack arse and being able to say "I payed $3500 for this lighter" :laugh:

$3500? Wow...I can think of a lot of other things I can do with that money. I like tools, but I much prefer cigars. If I can smoke a great cigar and click off a light with a Colibri or a box of matches, that's the way I'll do it. I can't smoke the lighter. :laugh: I'm a cigar person, not a lighter person.

If I had the money I'd rather buy a Davidoff cutter, this ones just kinda fugly looking. The 2 grand Opus ligher in the Holt's catalog, with the White base color with red and gold trim, I'd grab one of those in a heartbeat. :love:
