DaveWF has offered to help out in maintaining the Cigar Pass Section of the forum. So, when you need a pass moved from the OPEN section to the IN PROGRESS section to the CLOSED section, feel free to PM/E-Mail DaveWF and he'll get it moved for you.

yes, it does. Any movement between "Open", "In Progress", and "Closed" will now fall into my lap.
