I was sitting around, missing the classic videogames like Contra, Excitebike, and Super Mario Bros. I then had an epiphane...:

EMULATORS!!!



I went to this place to download the emulator:

Then was referred to this website to download games:

So now I thought I'd share this with my fellow BOTLs, and now I am going to play some Excitebike!

I used to know the combinations on the old Nintendo controls but have no idea any more. I was an RBI fiend back in the day, any link for that? :laugh:

RBI Baseball. It was the shizznit in the late 80s when it first came out. Looking back now it is primitive but at the time I couldn't get enough of it.

When he croutches and shakes go body blow, then uppercut until he snaps out of it.

On the "Bull rush" you'll have to time it just right for a body blow that will send him down in one punch.

Or...the hell with it....007 373 5963 for Tyson


Edit: Also on Bald Bull, sneak in some body blows from time to time for stars, that's where you'll make your money.

Emulators my ass, I've still got the original 8-bit NES that I received on Christmas morning 18 years ago hooked up to my living room TV. I still play it several times a week.

I even remember these. I love the boxing, but my favorite was always Duck Hunter. One of my friends still has her original Nintendo. I was over there about six months ago, and of course I had to play a little Duck Hunter.

Hell yeah Tecmo Bowl!!!! I downloaded that and played some football today!

And I tried Mikey Tyson, made it through like....3 punches before I was made his woman...ear biting as well...

My gf and I play our Nintendo all the time - it still works. I have the original Contra, Metroid, Super Mario Bros. 1 + 3.

It is great fun, especially when we get home from the bar drunk.
