Ripped off on E-bay

Hi, AVB! I was in Okinawa during 1970-71. I was with Weapons Platoon, Lima Company, 3rd Battallion/4th Marine Regiment, Third Marine Division, aka "The Thundering Third". I was an 0331. We were called up on several occasions for riot control duty at the Kadena Air Force Base area. Some of us also helped to remodel and paint the orphanage in "Kin Ville". Okinawa was a rewarding tour of duty for me. Semper Fi, knightlaird

Camp Coutney for first tour with HQ Co, HQ Bn as the Division Color Bearer for 6 months then with the G2 section, second tour with Weapons 2/9 0341 & 0351 (106mm recoilless rifle back then)

I was a gunner for the 106. 485 lb Breach on a recoiless rifle. Whoda thunk? 0351 Anti-Tank, Anti-Personnel and demolitions. Thanks for serving brother.

Moki,

I just may take you up on that offer. Thanks!!!

If I recall correctly, you came up with a bit of info on somone elsewhere. :D

Not wanting to be a smart ass or anything, but who takes a generator camping?

If you require that much electricity, it is not camping. :whistling:

Real men sleep on the ground and eat snakes when camping. ;)

People who go "camping" in motor homes or trailers use generators all the time. May not be "camping" for you or me but for some that is what they enjoy.
