Risks when buying ISOMs

I've been reading a lot on the forum regarding the risks of purchasing Cubans from the USA. Say if I was going to purchase a small box from a website, is it possible for me to get in trouble if the box is confiscated? Are their any other issues I should be aware of before I venture out on this prospect?

Do a search on "Letters", or "OFAC" and you should come up with all that you need.
