Sad new...chief justice rhenquist

Oh wow. He was the only good one left after Sadra Day O conner left. He will be missed and was a good man and a great judge.

For the Liberals he was a hated man. For the Conservative he was a great judge and leader for this Nation of ours. He served on the Supreme Court for over 3 decades.

And for those of us in the middle, I personally can be seen as a liberal on some subjects and conservative on others just depends on the topic at hand, he was the peace keeper at times due to his tenure. True he was conservative but rarely did he go straight up radical. He was a great judge(can't believe I just said that but it is true) and will be missed.

Not the best way to sum up 33 years on the court. While he did vote against Roe V. Wade, his court upheld that law more then any other. He also led in reducing federal power over states rights. Neither of those are terrible conservative ideals. Overall, he was more unbiased then any other label.

In my opinion it was not the best way to sum up his 3 decades at all. To sum his 33 years would take more time than I have to even just sum it up. The man was a great human, American, & Supreme Court Judge. Yes he was considered Conservative even if at times he did not vote that way. I was not trying to sum him up just pointing out a few of my view points on a Man that I will truly miss and hope God created another just like him to fill his shoes.
